      Quick Tip! No Belgian Waffle Iron? Blend 1 cup waffle mix, 1 egg, 1/3 -1/2 cup water, and 2 Tbsp melted butter. Pour batter into a regular waffle iron, preheated and lightly greased. Cook as directed by waffle iron instructions. Remove carefully. Serve hot. 4 inch Belgian waffles: 5-7, Mix: 1 cup, Water or seltzer: 2/3 cup. 4 inch Belgian waffles: 11-13, Mix: 2 cups, Water or seltzer: 1-1/3 cups. 4 inch Belgian waffles: 17-18, Mix: 3 cups, Water or seltzer: 2 cups. 4 inch Belgian waffles: 23-24, Mix: 4 cups, Water or seltzer: 2-1/3 cups. 4 inch Belgian waffles: 25-25, Mix: Full box, Water or seltzer: 2-3/4 cups. Belgian Waffles: Whisk waffle mix and water (or seltzer) in a bowl. Let mix sit while waffle iron is heating. Pour batter into center of the hot, lightly greased belgian waffle iron. Cook as directed by waffle iron instructions or until steam slows and waffle is golden brown. Remove carefully. Serve hot. Belgian Pancakes: Mix 1 cup mix with % cup seltzer (or water) until smooth. Heat a griddle or nonstick pan and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Cook one minute or until full of bubbles, then flip over. Cook another 1 minute. Serve Hot. Garnish with mixed berries. Do not eat raw mix or batter.

      Store in a cool dry place.
