Est. 1934. Traditional recipe. Rice Vermicelli is a type of rice noodle that is widely used throughout the Southeast Asian culinary world. Prepared as Singapore curry noodles or in a Vietnamese pho soup, RIce Vermicelli soaks up to surrounding flavors, magnifying the zesty and savory spices in every bite. Purveyors of fine ingredients.

Directions

Cooking Instructions: Place noodles in a bowl of warm water and let sit for 15 minutes. Add noodles to a pot of boiling water and cook for 1-2 mins, or until just tender. Strain, rinse in cold water and use as desired.

Served hot or cold.

Store in a cool and dry place.
