How to Cook the Very Best Slider: 1. Keep Sliders refrigerated until ready to cook. When ready, lightly season both sides of each Slider patty with kosher salt (optional). 2. Starting with a clean and oiled grill, cook Sliders over medium high heat for 4-5 minutes or until desired temperature is reached (The USDA recommends cooking sliders to a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F (71.1 degrees C). To keep Sliders juicy, flip each Slider only once halfway through cooking time and do not press down on Sliders while cooking. 3. Build Sliders with your favorite toppings and enjoy! Note: If cooking sliders on the stovetop, we recommend using a cast iron skillet and following the instructions above.

Keep refrigerated.
