      Cook thoroughly. See cooking instructions. For food safety and quality: Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Microwave directions developed with 1100-watt microwave ovens. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Read and follow these cooking directions. Microwave oven: Cook only one at a time. (1) Vent package by pulling cover back until squash is visible about 1-inch. (2) Microwave on high 3-1/2 minutes. Stir and replace cover. Microwave for an additional 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 minutes. (3) Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, It’s hot! Let stand 1 to 2 minutes. Conventional Oven: Do not prepare in toaster oven. (1) Preheat oven to 375 Degrees F. Vent package by pulling cover back until squash is visible about 1-inch. (2) Cook 40-45 minutes on a baking sheet in center of oven. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Tropical Squash: 1-12 ounce package Birds Eye Southland Butternut Squash, prepared according to package directions. 1/4 cup pineapple juice, 1 tablespoon honey, 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger. Stir pineapple juice, honey and ground ginger into prepared Birds Eye Southland Butternut Squash until well combined. Serve immediately. Makes 3 servings.
